Information Shattur.ai collects
Shattur.ai collects a mobile number for text messages only if you check the optional box that says you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Shattur.ai. That box is unchecked unless you check it. Leaving it unchecked means Shattur.ai does not text you and does not keep that number for messages.
If you place an order, Shattur.ai collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any note you add. Shattur.ai also collects the photos you upload to print or save on your account.
How Shattur.ai uses information
Shattur.ai uses your mobile number to send the login code you requested and to keep you logged in to your account. Message frequency is one text each time you request a code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Shattur.ai uses your order details and photos to print, pack, and ship the canvas you ordered, and to keep the photos you choose to save on your account. If you log in with a text code, you can optionally save shipping details on that account. Orders placed while you are logged in are listed there. You can place an order without an account.
A texting provider delivers the login code for Shattur.ai. That provider only handles the message so it can be sent. Shattur.ai does not send marketing texts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long Shattur.ai keeps information
Shattur.ai keeps your account, saved photos, and order records so you can log in again and so the print can be made and shipped. You can remove a saved photo from your account while logged in.
